We also offer training and support to help baristas get the most out of our products and highlight the unique flavors of each coffee.
We are proud to use green coffee certified by organizations such as Fair Trade USA and Rainforest Alliance, which recognize our commitment to sustainability and ethical sourcing. We also have partnerships with various women-led coffee cooperatives around the world, which allow us to directly support the efforts of women producers.
Our company was founded in 2006 by a group of passionate coffee lovers who wanted to make a positive impact on the industry. After tasting a cup of coffee in a rural village in the Mexican state of Puebla and buying 500 kilos of that naturally processed green coffee to distribute to other shops, we fell in love with the procurement process. Since then, we have continually expanded our product line and worked to improve our sustainability practices. We have built relationships with producers, importers, and roasted coffee and cacao. We have owned coffee shops. We have seen the needs of good training. We have personally farmed and helped farmers.
